Inaugural Post

Good evening Friends and Family,

I've decided to start a journal to share my life experiences with you all. I actually got the idea from my buddy Neil Fordice who keeps a blog at http://reignsone.blogspot.com/. Check his blog out sometime. As for this post, I don't have much to report other than it's midnight on Wednesday, December 23rd, 2009 and I'm still awake because I've been drinking coffee and Bailey's for the past 2 hours and can't fall asleep. Andrea has already fallen asleep and I tucked her in about an hour ago. Tomorrow should be a great day; we are heading up to Temecula with Chris and Nicki and Maddie. Maddie is so beautiful. I can only pray than our children are as perfect as her. We took our pug, Rita, to Hamilton's tonight (local dive bar). She loved all of the attention and we loved the food and beer, great grilled cheeses! We were actually trying to decided between two beers and so we asked the bartender which he liked best and he said he honestly hadn't tried them (coincindentally, our bartender was a Radford graduate). Then we asked how much they cost; one was $28.50, the other $6.50. We went with the $6.50 one and it turned out that the profits from that beer actually went to support the troops in Afgahnistan (our brother, Adam, is over there) so that was a great choice. After Hamilton's we went to Megan and Neil's and exchanged gifts. They were heading to Merced tomorrow for the Holiday weekend. That's about it for today. I will post more tomorrow. Thanks for reading. Love you guys.
